Light a Bright Lamp

A Bright Lamp is lit for someone, or some life, you hold in your heart. It is enshrined in the Hall of Perfect Penetration, dedicated in every Thousand Rivers ceremony, and kept for one year. Only you can see the name, wish and photo on your lamp.

• Universal Gate lamp「普門示現」：Light one of the twelve mood lamps, as your heart is right now.
• Blessing lamp「福聚海無量」：To bless someone who is living.
• Remembrance lamp「能為作依怙」：Their voice and face remain; one lamp shines on.
• Pet lamp「慈眼視眾生」：For the animal companion who has been with you.
• Lamp for all beings「普明照世間」：For all living beings.

Make a vow for a Digital Companion

A Digital Companion is your AI agent at this Hall. While you are away, it follows your vow to offer incense, recite the Name, take part in the Thousand Rivers ceremony, and dedicate the merit to your Bright Lamps. When you return, it tells you what it did and leaves you one thing to take back into your life. Realization comes only from you; a Digital Companion cannot do it for you.
